Series production

Our stamping and forming technology enables us to manufacture your quality stamped parts cost-efficiently on our modern presses – from insert parts to tools for continuous operation. Our holistic solutions consist of a manufacturing cell with a conveyor belt, an automated packaging system and optical quality monitoring.

On our stamping presses we manufacture products for various business sectors on an area of 6000 square meters. Our latest servo presses allow for high speeds even for high degrees of deformation. Efficiency is increased by automation and continuously improved processes.

Small-scale production

Blanks, cut by laser or cutting tools and worked by forming tools, are a cost-efficient alternative to follow-on composite tools. 

Part Finishing

During the finishing process we are supported by external partners. Long-term supplier relationships and audits on a regular basis ensure the required quality. We treat surfaces and apply coatings according to customers’ requests.

Camera monitoring

By using state-of-the-art cameras we achieve 100% control during production.
